Sarah Hicks, PhD - Founder/CEO
I am an experienced R&D scientist with a passion of providing optical and photonics engineering solutions to customers. After pursuing a PhD in Chemical Physics from Kent State University, I have conducted ground breaking research in material science and optics across diverse sectors, such as consumer goods, electronics, medical applications, and aerospace/defense. An extrovert by nature, I thrive on building and nurturing client relationships through effective communication and engagement in addition to cross-departmental collaboration to drive project success and company growth.

Outside of work, I enjoy collecting vinyl, shopping for antiques, and exploring the coolness of Cleveland.
